Our maintenance departments makes a huge difference in our company! A maintenance technician is in charge of ongoing facility maintenance and repairing equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, as well as inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards.

As a maintenance technician II, you will need to be able to work independently to be put on an on-call rotation. This responsibility will allow you to work overtime throughout the work week and the weekends. After you have completed on-call training and have been with us for 90 days, housing within the complexes will be available to you!

Our maintenance tech III position, is a very important leadership role for our maintenance department. This role will consist of training the new hires and assigning roles to other maintenance technicians. These responsibilities will allow you to work overtime throughout the work week and the weekends. After you have completed on-call training and have been with us for 90 days, housing within the complexes will be available to you!

This position is for weekends only starting at 5pm on Fridays and ending at 8am on Mondays. You will need to be able to work independently to deal with maintenance emergencies that happen throughout the weekend. This position consists of but is not limited to, the proven ability to meet our grounds, entry-level and intermediate maintenance job requirements.

Our On-site Managers help hold the puzzle together! Making sure everything is going as planned, helping residents with concerns and needs of their apartment home, planning activities and more!
